Our commitment to quality
At Happy Family, safety is our first priority. Beyond formulating our products with the highest quality organic ingredients, we take additional steps to ensure that everything we produce is safe, wholesome and always the best for your family.
How do you test your products to ensure food safety?
After all Happy Family products are produced, they follow a protocol that we call our Positive Release Program, meaning that they are put on Quality Assurance Hold while we test for microorganisms in a third party lab. They are not released for sale until the tests come back clean. If a batch of products is ever in question or does not meet our standards, we don’t hesitate to destroy it.
Do all baby food companies follow the same quality process?
Our quality assurance Positive Release Program is not something we have to do from a legal standpoint, this is something we choose to do because we care and because we feel this is an industry best practice. What is most important for us is to ensure that everything we produce is safe, high quality and always the best for your family.
How will your partnership with Group Danone impact your commitment to quality?
Earlier this year, we partnered with the second largest producer of baby food in the world, Group Danone. Renowned for their nutrition research and development capabilities, Groupe Danone’s Early Life Nutrition Group has been producing wholesome and nutritious baby food for nearly 50 years. Their commitment to safety and quality parallels Happy Family’s. We know that you are entrusting us with the nourishment of your little ones and we promise to take every possible step to make sure that our products are of the best possible quality.
