brown rice pudding


3 cups Water (for cooking)
2 Organic Apples – cleaned, cored, peeled and chopped
1 Organic Banana – sliced
3⁄4 cup of steamed Organic Brown Rice (cool)
Dash of Organic Cinnamon


  • Step1

    Put water in large pot over high heat. Insert metal steamer tray. Add Apple and cinnamon and steam until soft enough to insert fork easily. (about 5 minutes)

  • Step2

    Add Banana on top and steam for a few more minutes.

  • Step3

    Place steamed mixture and brown rice into food processor with ½ cup of reserved water (from steaming). Blend until smooth, adding more water as needed until desired consistency is reached.

  • Step4

    Once prepared, refrigerate your homemade babyfood with in 2 hours and use within 24 hours. For later use, store the puree in the freezer in airtight containers portioned into individual serving sizes and use within one week.
