greek yogurt, pomegranate,
apple & beet

Ingredients

3 cups Water
1 Organic Beet- cleaned, chopped
1 Organic Apple- cleaned, chopped
1 Organic Pear – cleaned, chopped
1/2-Cup Organic Pomegranate Juice
1-Cup Organic Greek Yogurt

Directions

  • Step1

    Put water in large pot over high heat. Insert metal steamer tray. Add beet, apple, and pear and steam until soft enough to insert fork easily. (about 9 minutes)

  • Step2

    Transfer steamed mixture to food processor. Add pomegranate juice and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth, adding more water as needed until desired consistency is reached.

  • Step3

    Once prepared, refrigerate your homemade babyfood with in 2 hours and use within 24 hours. For later use, store the puree in the freezer in airtight containers portioned into individual serving sizes and use within one week.
